How to make easy white chocolate fudge
One of the best things about this fudge is how easy it is to put together. With only 5 ingredients, plus some sprinkles, it keeps things nice and simple. All you need is a bowl, a 9×9 inch pan lined with parchment paper and your microwave.
Start off by adding the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave them for one minute, then stir to combine and let the residual heat do as much of the melting as it can. If it needs another 30 seconds or so, go ahead and heat it some more, then stir it until it’s melted.
Once melted, add the vanilla extract, cranberries and a pinch of salt. Use a spatula to combine everything and then quickly pour into the prepared pan. Add the sparkling sugar sprinkles, if you want to use them, and press them into the top of the fudge.
Let the fudge cool to room temperature before cutting into squares. You could also let it cool in the fridge to speed up the process, but it doesn’t have to be refrigerated.

Can you freeze this fudge??
Yes, it should freeze well for up to 3 months.
This was quick, east and do pretty for the holidays! I love how the sparkling sugar raised it to gift giving quality!
How long does this keep in the fridge?
It should be fine for 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
This was lovely and simple. I added bit of orange zest and it’s absolute bliss.
So glad you enjoyed it!
Hey! Love your recipes, especially a huge fan of cupcake ones.
About fudge. Can you do this recipe without a microwave? But instead maybe melting chocolate and mixing it with condensed milk over water?
Thank you! So glad you enjoy the recipes!
Yes, you could do it without a microwave and use a double boiler or a bowl set over a pot of simmering water.
So easy and so good! Made 4 batches for holiday celebrations.
Awesome! Glad you enjoyed it!
This turned out so greasy! Grease on top and in the edges of the pan. Grease that melted all the sugar. I used the exact same ingredients and followed the directions exactly. Had hoped to serve it at a Christmas party. No way!
It sounds like you may have heated the white chocolate too much and it actually separated. Try heating it only as much as you need and then stirring to use the residual heat to finish melting it. I’m sorry you had trouble with it.
Can I use fresh cranberries cut up ?
I haven’t tried fresh cranberries. I imagine the moisture from inside the cranberries could pose an issue. You’d probably want to keep it refrigerated. You could give it a try I’m just not sure it would turn out as well.
I’m going to try this for Christmas! Do you think that adding some orange orange zest would be good?
I imagine it probably would be good.
Do you know if this can be frozen after making?
Yes, it should be fine frozen for about 2 to 3 months.
I am giving 5/5 rating. Hi dear author do you have any video for easy white chocolate cranberry fudge, if have please share video i want some more guidance because i am trying it my first time thanks
I’m sorry, I don’t have a video at this time.
I made this but the fats separated at the top & so didn’t look very appealing. Any ideas why that might’ve happened? Tasted absolutely incredible but just had to flip them upside-down to present them.
The white chocolate may have been heated too much. Try heating it only as much as needed and stirring well to melt the remaining chocolate with the residual heat.
I bought 22oz of white chocolate chips. Will this work?
If you don’t have the full 24 oz, it will probably be softer than intended.
I enjoyed making this fudge with my family. Easy for new cooks. My granddaughter made it and said if all my dishes were this easy, no wonder I liked to cook! Yes she is a bit of a brat! Happy fudge making!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Judging by the comments of those who reviewed your White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge the whiteness of the fudge is critical for the finished product.
One review believes it is the brand of chips. Another thinks it is the brand of sweetened condensed milk.
Using clear vanilla is also suggested.
I can see that you use Nestle Toll House Morsels for chips. What do you personally use for sweetened condensed milk & the vanilla itself?
I use Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. Here is the link so you can see it. And I use regular McCormick vanilla extract. It was not clear. https://www.target.com/p/borden-eagle-brand-sweetened-condensed-milk-14oz/-/A-13204644?
Easy peasy and delicious! I have made several batches of this yummy fudge and added chopped pecans as well.
So glad you enjoy it!
