Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat the butter, oil, and sugar until light in color and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream followed by the eggs, one at a time.
Combine the dry ingredients, wet ingredients, lemon juice, lemon zest, and buttermilk.
Toss the blueberries with flour and fold into the cake batter. Then divide the batter between cake pans and bake.
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream.
Remove domes from the top of the cakes, place a layer on a serving plate, and spread frosting over the top. Repeat with other 2 layers.
