Three Black Raspberry Champagne Bellinis

Black Raspberry Bellini Recipe

So Christmas is tomorrow. Like, less than 24 hours away. I certainly hope you are ready – it’s coming! I also hope you have a wonderful holiday and a Merry Christmas!

We finally got all our shopping done over the weekend and now I’ve got the groceries done as well. It’s great because the rest of my family will be getting in town today and I’m ready to enjoy a little time with them.

I’ll also be turning 30 tomorrow. 30. The big 3-0. Dirty 30. I think 30 is the new 20, don’t you? I mean, I totally feel like my 30s are going to be the best years yet.

So much happened in my 20s, it’s crazy. I graduated college (

And I’ll be raising a glass filled with this Black Raspberry Champagne Bellini in order to celebrate! It’s one of my favorite ways to drink champagne.

Why I Love This Easy Cocktail Recipe

This bellini was actually the drink of choice at my bridal shower. My mom introduced me to it and it was a big hit. A friend of mine actually served it at a bridal shower she hosted a couple weekends ago too. It really does make a great presentation for a special occasion and everyone always loves it. I’m pretty sure we’ll also be drinking it for New Years too.

A great way to set it up at a party is to have the champagne glasses out with the chambord and a raspberry already in the bottom of the glass. Then when someone is ready for a glass, they just add champagne! Bubbles! Who’s in?

These look delicious! Where may I find the recipe for the Mini Champagne Trifles? I have to try!! Just made the White Chocolate Truffle cake for Christmas, it was a huge hit!!I received so many compliments on it’s look and taste!! Looking forward to your book 🙂 Thanks for making me look so good, lol!

Just a friendly note on this, a Bellini is Prosecco mixed with peach purée/nectar and what your recipe is called is a Kir Royale 🙂 – both delicious!! Love your recipes!!

Thanks for the yummy recipes. I do have a question as to where the blackberry comes from? Chambord is a raspberry liqueur I believe.

Ahhh, you are right – it’s black raspberry, not blackberry. Clearly I had a brain slip. 🙂 I’ll correct that. Thanks!!
